generally ok stay
convenient location good breakfast friendly staff small room challenging bathroom uncomfortable bed
the location was definitely convenient it was an easy walk to the train and tram station that's nearby the breakfast was also good they had a nice selection the staff were friendly and helpful they provided good service. i also liked the bar area it had a lovely decor.
the room i stayed in was not quite what i expected from the pictures it seemed smaller than it was the bathroom was also a bit of a challenge to use i had to maneuver a bit the bed wasn't the most comfortable i could feel the springs.

The staff was super nice and helpful. They were really nice. the interior felt very warm and cute. my room was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. i loved this!
the bathroom door handle got stuck a few times when i locked it. it was a very minor issue.

The twin room was beautiful. It had lovely gardens just outside the windows. The location has easy access to the city center. Thoughtful care went into hotel details.

stained towels dirty towels
the staff were helpful and i was able to leave my luggage before check-in.
the towels in my room were stained. when i left them to be changed out, the dirty towels were hung up for reuse instead of being replaced. it was disappointing.

helpful staff excellent location comfortable bed
I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. The location was excellent, close to transportation options (I used the train a lot). I found my room to be clean and the bed very comfortable.
The stairs to the rooms were a bit steep, which might be a challenge for some guests.

spacious room powerful shower
the double room included all facilities. the shower had excellent power. i found variety of information leaflets available near reception.
i found the room furnishings pretty basic. the bedding and towels weren't high quality.
